Cookie Time
It's that baking time of the year again. I'm getting an itch to cook up a sugar storm again. I'm soliciting ideas for stuffs to make up, so if anyone local wants to put in requests, please feel free!

If you have an excess of chocolate chip cookies (or oatmeal raisin), I’ll happily keep them from tempting you.

Ooh, I can go for that.

Anything listed below is good. Also regular pumpkin, banana, or zucchini bread is good. I like the old fashioned flavors - spice and nuts (or no nuts - I'm easy). Maple cookies.

Jam thumbprints cookies or bars are also good.

I think I am just missing all the cookies and things my mom used to make. I don't think I will be able to do much baking this year so I appreciate the baking of others. :)

Mwahaha! I see victim to shower with baked goods! Mmm, maple cookies sound good. Pumpkin bread is a good idea too.

How's the cold doing? You up for afternoon visits? It's been a while. (A whole entire week! :)

Hm, I was going to put in for caramel and walnut brownies (turtles), but it sounds like you have enough going on. So how about some oatmeal cookies with choco chips too? ^_^

Ooh, that sounds tasty! I will investigate turtle brownie recipes. I've never done them before.

I'm planning on mixing up several of the stuffs in advance and freezing them, since cookie dough freezes nicely. That way I don't make my arm fall off by so much stirring in one day.

True. Good exercise. Some of those doughs get really tough. (Read sentence again and you can see why poor ESL students have a hard time learning English.)
