My Widdle Bwain

Hello, Moon

Of all the things I hate about my current job, the commute is usually pretty high on the list. Twenty miles straight shot up 101 - even at six-thirty it's crowded and frequently has patches of stop and go. But for the past two days the commute has been indescribably beautiful, with a large, full moon perfectly positioned ahead and slightly to the left for maximum aesthetic effect. Throw the Tron: Legacy soundtrack on and it's a dawn-spa for the senses, flying along through the dark, surrounded by the red glow of tailights from the other cars, passing streaks of white-orange light from the streetlights and always ahead up in the sky the brilliant, perfect white of the moon dancing in and out of the dark silhouettes of the trees.
