Rail Pass Info
I confirmed that Rail Passes are good through three months from when the voucher is purchased. Given that, I think I'm going to take advantage of the time off I have today and tomorrow to grab mine.
Per the JR web site, there is a form that can be downloaded and filled out in advance to speed along the process of redeeming the voucher for a Pass. The form requires Japanese fonts. I will print this form out and fill it out for everyone, since I know that my printer can handle Japanese fonts. I'm looking forward to seeing how much faster having the paperwork filled out in advance can make the process.
