Semicolons: Link not to lose
Because it drives me crazy when people abuse this poor piece of punctuation: How to use a semicolon.

IRL, good day, though tired. Got assigned an important project a week ago. Took it, ran with it (with help from fresne), kicked much ass. This is the only release to production that I've seen that wasn't a horrible mess, and didn't run overtime on the outage window. (The "not mess" part I really can't take credit for. The "finished early" I totally do.) And yet I hit the end of the day and am still dog tired. Hopefully this will be cured by some sleep, rather than an entire weekend laid out flat.

They didn't mention the combining of three complete sentences with a conjunction before the last independent clause. Unless we're German, we really don't need that much punctuation.
