I needed new exercise pants (the old ones were seriously in need of a belt), so I stopped off at Sears. They had a bunch of stuff on sale, so I poked through to see if there was anything of interest. In the end I bought three items, one in extra large, one in large, and one in medium.

Sizing confusion, much?

One of them I think I'll wear to my appointment with a career coach today, to get a second opinion on if it's appropriate for interviews or not. (If not, it's still cute, and only cost $4.)

For what it's worth, it happens to guy clothing as well, though not to as bad a degree. Depending on the brand and store, my shirts may be XXL, XXXL, 18, or 18 1/2. It's why I end up spending an hour just to buy a single pair of pants.

And let's not start on the problem about pants being ridiculously long! -rawr-
